The Best Way To Manage Your Time

Spread the love

Two more weeks!

Just two more weeks and summer vacay is over in The Parikh household. Here in Nashville, school starts up the first week of August.

Back to routines, getting up early, packing lunches, rounding up backpacks and making carpool.

I looooove when those mornings go smoothly. But when we’re off, WE. ARE. OFF.

Stressful mornings, yelling, running around like crazy trying to get everyone out on time.

And it throws off my whole day.

Not managing your time well has a lot more implications than being a little late.

So today’s vid is about the best way to make sure your time is managed well. Be sure to watch all the way through and see the “extra tip” – (it might be more important than the main strategy).

When you’re done watching, here’s what I’d love to hear from you:

  • Where’s one place this week you’re going to use what you’ve learned?

Be sure to drop it in the comments so we can chat over there.

For me, planning ahead is a game changer. And if you’re someone who struggles with planning, I know it can change your world too.

Remember to take that extra five minutes to break down your tasks into little steps before you get going on them.

I’m so thankful for your support, and love hearing from you. That’s something I’ll always have time for. 🙂

XOXO,
Mridu

I have so much to do I don’t know where to start. I’m washing my sheets now and then my delicate clothes. Here’s is what I’ve been putting off is washing my kitchen cabinet’s I say every day I will do it and then at the end of the day I haven’t. What do you think I’m doing wrong. I also want to cook pinto bean and a meat loaf for supper and bake a pie. Help Me out..

Another useful reminder, Mridu. This week I have computer parts to return for a refund. Returns are so much trouble but over $100 is at stake. It involves making a special trip to the post office. It will be almost fun to plan out the steps, estimate the time each one will take, and see how close I came to getting it right. Thank you once again.

Mary, watching kitchen cabinets sounds like a big job to me – and it might be why it’s causing you to put it off. Why not tell yourself you’re going to wash only one cabinet by the end of the day and see if that helps you get going… xo,m

I love how you’re now looking forward to this troublesome task. 🙂 Awesome job and attitude! xo, m

Here’s a tip, we’ve heard it before, but if you get your clothes out the night before, it saves staring in your closet trying to decide

I do this all the time in my job in order to meet deadlines, plan projects and get to the airport on time, but I rarely do it in my personal life. I always plan on hitting the gym, but then I never seem to find the time to go, so planning backwards in my morning routine to fit the gym in will be my goal.

Awesome Jennifer! And what a great goal to hit — doing something for your health! Great idea and approach. Thanks so much for sharing. xo,m
